I was asked to put a note in about how to embed a movie on your wiki. You need to create an account on teachertube.com. Upload your video there. Then, use the embed code teachertube gives you in the wiki plug-in window. If you need help, the directions are in the pbworks manual.

Thanks for the outstanding year of professional development. I really enjoyed getting a chance to work will all that I learned and I wished I had had time to present what I did. I was at the end of the line and we ran out of time.

Really I am very impressed with the PD.
Thanks!

Likes: Multiple hours to spend working on something that could be used in the classroom.

Dislikes: Need more guided directions on what the final product expectations are.

I liked the professional developments. I appreciated learning new skills and especially having time to work on them today. I think it would have been helpful if we had been working on one unit for all of these p.d.'s and today we brought together everything that we had made previously for the wiki today. In the future, I would ask people to come prepared to the first training (and all subsequent trainings) with a unit idea that they want to develop. Also, today I felt that one of the teachers wasn't as available to help us - we had to seek her out and interrupt her from working on her own computer (it wasn't clear if she was doing her own thing or there to help us).
Overall, this was great. Thank you!!!

Thank you. I learned quite a few new applications over the past 3 PD days. Although I've been exposed to quite a bit of information, I feel that I can use my newly acquired technological knowledge, and put then into practice, as well as share them with my students.

I appreciate the time to work with the resources. It would help me to have a wiki experience as a student, like a wikiPD working from home. Thanks for helping me improve my instruction.

GeekyLouie: I can't access the Internet with my 12 year old PC running Windows 98. What do I need to do?
