Lab Support / Questions

Lab Location and Information

The Learning Support and Equity Lab is located in Room 126 at School of the Arts.  The lab is used by all content areas and the library office for professional development purposes.

The lab is equipped with 26 Dell desk top computers with internet access.  There are also projectors available for presentations.

The username and password for each computer are written on a card located at the computer.

 

There is also a set of 20 MacBook laptops with wireless access, also available for professional development purposes.  These computers are stored in the large cabinets located in Room 132 at School of the Arts.

The username for all of these computers is: teacher   No password is necessary, simply enter "teacher" as the username and click the enter key twice.

 

Accessibility

The desktop lab and the lap top lab are available for use by all departments in Learning Support and Equity.  The lab is reserved by signing up in the SOTA binder located at 1098 Harrison.  Contact Deb Farkas or Jeanne D'Arcy if you have questions about signing up for either the desk top

  

Maintenance and Security

Minor problems can usually be addressed by either Deb Farkas or John Rubio.  Networking and other hardware and software problems are handled by Dave Pankenier in Information Technology.
